Our training starts before you touch a tool and keeps going as long as you’re with us. Named for the oldest air-moving tool there is, we’ve been at this since 1984. We know what works, what doesn’t, and how to pass it on without wasting your time.
Initial Training
Week one through launch covers five areas, plain and simple.
Operations. We walk you through the K.E.Y.S. values code until it’s automatic. Krafted right means trained journeymen, proper materials, no shortcuts. Every time means the 400th job gets the care of the first. Your home first means we work in someone’s house the way we’d work in our mother’s. Standing behind it means if it’s not right, we come back - no paperwork, no arguing. You’ll learn our 90-Day Done Right Promise, stamped on every job, and how to deliver it without making a production of it.
The trade itself. Camera inspection before and after every clean. How to read what a camera shows you. Dryer vent cleaning to code, because lint fires are real and preventable. Duct repair and sealing. Air quality and sanitizing services. We don’t do scare tactics, and we don’t do $49 bait coupons that balloon to $800 at the door. One honest price, shown before work starts.
Software and systems. Scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, the customer database. The tools that keep you from drowning in paperwork when you should be growing.
Hiring. How to find background-checked, uniformed technicians who’ll show up the way we promise. What to look for, what to avoid, how to train apprentices into journeymen the old way.
Marketing. Local setup, lead flow, and how to talk to homeowners 55 to 75 in the heartland - people who’ve been in their house twenty years and plan to be carried out of it.
