How We Make It Right

Call us within 90 days of your service date and tell us what doesn’t seem right. No need to have it perfectly explained or documented. If something’s off, that’s enough – we take your word for it. Our office answers 24 hours a day, so you’re not holding the concern until business hours.

We Come Back Out

We schedule a return visit, typically within two business days of your call. The same dispatch process that booked your original appointment handles this one. There’s no separate line for complaints, no tier system. You’re a customer with a 90-day promise and we schedule accordingly.

We Fix It

The technician who comes back isn’t there to inspect your claim. He’s there to fix the problem. Camera in, camera out – the same before-and-after inspection that documents every job applies to the return visit too, so you’re not taking our word for it. The work gets done right, or we’re not finished.

You Sign Off

You confirm the job is right before we leave. That’s the only thing we ask of you. No paperwork beyond that, no fee for the return visit, nothing owed. When you’re satisfied, we’re done. That’s the K.E.Y.S. value we call “Standing behind it” – and it means exactly what it says.
