Who We’re Looking For
- Air Duct Cleaning Technician – Someone who works methodically, keeps a clean truck, and doesn’t cut corners when they’re behind schedule.
- Dryer Vent Cleaning Technician – Someone who understands that a clogged vent is a fire hazard, not a minor inconvenience, and treats it accordingly.
- HVAC Cleaning Specialist – Someone with mechanical aptitude who’s comfortable working around coils, blower assemblies, and air handlers, and who reads a system before touching it.
- Duct Repair & Sealing Installer – Someone with good hands, patience with sheet metal and mastic, and enough experience to know when a repair is worth doing right versus when a section needs replacing.
- Air Quality & Sanitizing Technician – Someone who communicates clearly with homeowners about what’s happening and why, and who follows a protocol without being told twice.
- Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative – Someone who is calm on a busy phone, keeps technicians informed, and treats a homeowner’s concern as worth solving, not routing around.

A lot of our best technicians came from trades or service work that has nothing to do with air ducts on paper. We teach the rest. The first weeks are ride-alongs on real jobs. You learn how to handle the camera system, how to document what you find, and how to explain it to a homeowner without overselling or alarming them unnecessarily. Our K.E.Y.S. code isn’t a poster on the break room wall – it’s what a lead tech shows you on the job. Krafted right means you learn the correct way before the fast way.
