Mention the offer when you book. One offer per household per visit; offers can’t be combined with each other and don’t apply to work already quoted or completed. Local pricing and availability vary by location - your local Bellows Air Duct & Vent Co. team confirms the final price in writing before any work begins.
Every job is priced the same way: a free written estimate
We price the job, not the hour. Before anyone touches anything, you get the full price for the specific work in writing - no hourly meter, no membership to join, no financing to sign, and no line items added afterwards. If the number isn’t right for you, the estimate is still free and you owe us nothing.
How We Price Air Duct Cleaning Work
Every job at Bellows is priced job by job, off a free written estimate, before a single tool comes off the truck. There’s no hourly rate ticking in the background, no plan to sign up for, nothing to join. You get one number, in writing, that covers the specific work your home needs – and that number doesn’t move.
That’s deliberate. Ray Castillo built this company on the idea that a homeowner shouldn’t have to do math at the door. When the price is written down before work starts, there’s no guessing, no negotiating, and no moment where you wonder whether you should have asked more questions. You already have the answer. That’s what a square deal looks like in this trade, and it’s how we’ve worked since 1984.
What a Visit Actually Costs You to Find Out
Nothing. The estimate visit is free, it’s thorough, and it comes with no obligation to move forward.
When we arrive, we take a look at your ductwork, your dryer vent, or whatever brought you to call. We’ll tell you what we see, explain what the work involves, and hand you a written price for the whole job before we ask for anything. The visit typically takes under an hour. At the end of it, you have a document with a real number on it. If you want to think it over, that’s fine. If you want to get a second opinion, we’ll tell you that’s a reasonable thing to do. You’re not obligated, and we won’t follow up with pressure. The estimate is yours to keep either way.
When People Usually Call Us
There are a handful of moments that bring this kind of work up, and they come around pretty reliably.
Moving into a house is one of them. You don’t know what the previous owner did – or didn’t – do, and the ducts are one of those things you can’t see. A lot of people call us right after closing because they want to start fresh before the furniture goes in.
Renovation work is another. Drywall dust, insulation fibers, and construction debris find their way into ductwork even when contractors are careful. Once the crews leave, that material starts circulating every time the system runs.
Spring is when we hear from people who’ve been dealing with allergies and finally decide to do something about the air inside the house. And fall is when the furnace kicks on for the first time after sitting idle all summer – and whatever settled in the ducts over the warm months gets pushed through the registers.
Dryer vent calls tend to come in winter, when laundry loads get heavier and the vent runs more often. Lint is not a hypothetical hazard. It’s real, it builds up, and it’s one of those things worth staying ahead of.
None of these are emergencies unless they’re ignored long enough. Most of the time, a call and a free estimate is all it takes to sort out where things stand.
What You Can Expect From Us Either Way
Whether you use one of our standing offers or not, the job is done the same way.
Ray Castillo has insisted on this since the beginning: the four-hundredth job gets the same care as the first. That’s the Every time in our K.E.Y.S. values code, and it’s not a slogan – it’s how our technicians are trained and how they’re held to account.
Every job includes a camera inspection of your ductwork before and after the clean – a visual record you can see, not just a claim we make. Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed on every visit. Pricing is disclosed in writing before work begins, and it doesn’t change at the door. If something unexpected turns up once we’re inside the system, we stop, show you what we found, and re-quote before doing anything further.
And if the work isn’t right within 90 days, we come back and make it right. No paperwork, no arguing. That’s the 90-Day Done Right Promise, and it’s in writing on every job. It’s what Ray means when he says we stand behind it.
Our office answers the phone with a live person, around the clock. Not a voicemail, not an app – a person who can answer your question or get you scheduled.
Common Questions
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, fully free, no strings attached. We come out, look at the work, and hand you a written price. You don’t owe us anything if you decide not to move forward, and we won’t pressure you. Call (844) 685-6342 to set one up – there’s no commitment in making the call.
Do you offer financing or a monthly plan?
No, and that’s on purpose. We price every job off a free written estimate, and that’s the only mechanism we use. No payment plans, no subscriptions, nothing to sign up for. The number on the estimate is the number on the invoice – that’s the whole arrangement.
Can I combine two offers?
One offer per household per visit. If you’re not sure which one applies best to your situation, the easiest thing to do is ask when you call – a live person will help you sort it out before the technician arrives.
Does the price change once you’re here?
No. The written estimate is the price, full stop. If our technician finds something inside the ductwork that wasn’t visible during the estimate – a damaged section, a collapsed liner, anything that changes the scope – we stop work, show you what we found, and give you a revised written quote before doing anything additional. You decide whether to proceed. That’s been our policy since 1984, and it’s not going anywhere.
